These Terms of Use apply to your use of adhdiq.com (the “Site”), operated by ADHD IQ, 2266 1/2 East Main Street Suite D, Bexley, Ohio 43209. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
Articles, checklists and other content on this Site are for general education. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or professional advice for any individual. Only a full evaluation can determine whether you or your child has ADHD.
Reading the Site, sending a contact form, emailing or calling does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete intake through our secure client portal and we confirm your first appointment. Please do not send detailed health information through the website contact form.
Services are provided by secure video to people who are physically located in Ohio, New York or Connecticut at the time of each appointment. We cannot provide services to people located in other states.
We do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
ADHD IQ does not prescribe medication. Where medication may be appropriate, we share our findings with your primary care provider or psychiatrist, with your permission.
Appointments, fees, cancellation terms and payments are handled through our client portal (adhdiq.clientsecure.me) and the agreements you sign at intake. Those agreements take priority over this page.
How we handle information collected on this Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Health records are kept in our secure client portal, not on this website.
Text, graphics and logos on the Site belong to ADHD IQ unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or republish our content without permission.
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ADHD IQ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its general content.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
