Full ADHD evaluation: $750. Includes intake, standardized rating scales, a clinical interview, a feedback session and a written diagnostic report. Online across Ohio, New York and Connecticut. Request an appointment
At ADHD IQ, a complete online ADHD evaluation costs $750. That is one price for the whole process, with no separate fees for scoring, the interview or the report. You pay once, and you come away with a clear answer and a written diagnostic report you can use.
The evaluation is done by secure video with Pamela Moss-Samuelson, LISW-S, for children, teens, college students and adults who are in Ohio, New York or Connecticut at the time of the appointment.
ADHD IQ does not bill insurance directly. Many clients still get part or all of the cost covered through their out-of-network benefits with major plans such as UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and Cigna. We give you an itemized statement (sometimes called a superbill) to submit to your insurance company. You can also pay with an HSA or FSA card.
Before you book, it helps to call your insurer and ask:
Prices for ADHD testing vary a lot. Some online services charge less but give you a short appointment and a one-page letter. Full in-person psychological testing can cost several thousand dollars and often comes with a long waitlist. When you compare, check three things: who does the evaluation and what their license is, whether you get a full written report, and whether a follow-up session is included.
At ADHD IQ, the evaluation is always done by Pamela herself. She has 3 decades of experience and previously worked as a Primary Care ADHD Clinician at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Is there a cheaper option, like a screening only?
A screening questionnaire can tell you whether symptoms are worth looking into, but it cannot give a diagnosis. You can start by reading about common ADHD symptoms in adults. The $750 evaluation is the step that gives a real answer and a report you can use.
Can the report be used for school, college or work accommodations?
Yes. Families use it when requesting a 504 plan or IEP, and college students take it to their campus accessibility office. See ADHD testing for college accommodations.
Is the price the same for children and adults?
Yes. A full evaluation is $750 at any age.
